Branding, Samples, and Safety

The open desk area provides room for a custom logo without covering the charging position, controls, or temperature display. RC Promotions will confirm artwork placement and the recommended decoration method. A preproduction sample is important for reviewing color, edge finish, heat operation, and logo location.

The listed lead time is 7–18 business days. Confirm voltage, plug or adapter configuration, temperature settings, wireless compatibility, packaging, operating instructions, and applicable electrical safety documents before production. The final sample should be tested through a full heating and charging cycle.
